Colby served 15yrs in Law Enforcement working with County, State, and Federal agencies. His background includes Deputy Coroner, Special Response Team, Training Coordinator for the Georgia Public Safety Training Center and Unit Trainer for the US Air Force, Security Forces. He also holds an undergrad at Georgia College & State University and graduate degree from Colorado Tech University.

He enjoys working with dogs and their owners to facilitate communication and create a healthy and happy environment with maximum control around severe distractions. Colby is an expert in dealing with anxiety in dogs. He has been invited as a guest instructor to speak to hundreds of Professional Dog Trainers on the topic in Las Vegas, Nevada for the past 5yrs. Colby can provide guidance and direction to teach any how to build confidence in their dogs.

When Colby is not training dogs, he will almost definitely be with his wife Andrea and three kids, Colton, Emelia, and Ellie.
